Oak Framed Floral Ketsia Print

There’s a term for nostalgia for something you never personally experienced: anemoia. This vintage offset-lithograph poster for the Ketsia art exhibition at Kristen Richards Gallery gives us anemoia for the 1980s New York City art scene. These posters have become something of a cult collector’s item, though the details of the show itself have been lost to time. With elegant white blooms on a softly graduated gray background, the editorial image needs no more embellishment than this simple oak frame.
